Abstract:
(EN) An intracellular delivery system and method are provided. The intracellular delivery system comprises a laser-activated surface and cells positioned at a distance from the laser- activated surface. A laser provided a laser pulse that is used to porate membranes of the cells to deliver or extract cargo from the cells into a liquid surrounding the cells. The method of intracellular delivery comprises positioning a laser-activated surface at a distance from cells and applying a laser pulse from the laser to the surface to porate membranes of the cells to deliver or extract cargo from the cells into a liquid surrounding the cells.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé d'administration intracellulaire. Le système d'administration intracellulaire comprend une surface activée par laser et des cellules positionnées à une certaine distance de la surface activée par laser. Un laser fournit une impulsion laser qui est utilisée pour la formation de pores dans les membranes des cellules afin d'administrer ou d'extraire une charge des cellules dans un liquide entourant les cellules. Le procédé d'administration intracellulaire comprend le positionnement d'une surface activée par laser à une certaine distance des cellules, et l'application d'une impulsion laser provenant du laser à la surface pour la formation de pores dans les membranes des cellules afin d'administrer ou d'extraire une charge des cellules dans un liquide entourant les cellules.
