Abstract:
(EN) A connector for sealably engaging contacts therein can include a first unit having one or more first contacts that can each include an elongated shaft with a conductive tip. A second unit can have one or more closed chambers therein. Each closed chamber can contain fluid. At least one of the closed chambers can contain one or more second contacts. Each closed chamber can have at least one resilient end wall portion including a bore and a tap integrally formed with the resilient end wall portion. The bore and the tap can create a sealing engagement therebetween when not engaged with the first contact, and create a sealing engagement with the first contact when engaged with the first contact. At least a portion of each closed chamber can be configured to be movable with respect to another portion of the closed chamber.
(FR) L'invention concerne un connecteur pour mettre en prise de manière étanche des contacts qui peut comprendre une première unité ayant un ou plusieurs premiers contacts pouvant chacun comprendre une tige allongée avec une pointe conductrice. Une seconde unité peut avoir une ou plusieurs chambres fermées dans celle-ci. Chaque chambre fermée peut contenir un fluide. Au moins une des chambres fermées peut contenir un ou plusieurs seconds contacts. Chaque chambre fermée peut avoir au moins une partie de paroi d'extrémité élastique comprenant un alésage et une languette formés d'un seul tenant avec la partie de paroi d'extrémité élastique. L'alésage et la languette peuvent créer un contact d'étanchéité entre eux lorsqu'ils ne sont pas en prise avec le premier contact, et créer un contact d'étanchéité avec le premier contact lorsqu'ils sont en prise avec le premier contact. Au moins une partie de chaque chambre fermée peut être configurée pour être mobile par rapport à une autre partie de la chambre fermée.
