Abstract:
(EN) Multispectral imaging systems are provided including a first light source having a first wavelength configured to image a sample; a second light source, different from the first light source, having a second wavelength, different from the first wavelength, configured to image the sample; and at least a third light source, different from the first and second light sources, having a third wavelength, different from the first and second wavelengths, configured to image the sample. A camera is configured to receive information related to the first, second and at least third light sources from the sample. A processor is configured to combine the information related to the first, second and at least third light sources provided by the camera to image an anatomical structure of the sample, image physiology of blood flow and perfusion of the sample and/or synthesize the anatomical structure and the physiology of blood flow and perfusion of the sample in terms of a blood flow rate distribution. The imaging system is directed and focused on a field of view (FOV) in a region of interest of the sample using an endoscope.
(FR) L'invention concerne des systèmes d'imagerie multispectrale comprenant une première source de lumière ayant une première longueur d'onde conçue pour imager un échantillon ; une deuxième source de lumière, différente de la première source de lumière, ayant une deuxième longueur d'onde, différente de la première longueur d'onde, conçue pour imager l'échantillon ; et au moins une troisième source de lumière, différente de la première et de la deuxième source de lumière, ayant une troisième longueur d'onde, différente de la première et de la deuxième longueur d'onde, conçue pour imager l'échantillon. Une caméra est conçue pour recevoir des informations relatives aux première, deuxième et troisième sources de lumière à partir de l'échantillon. Un processeur est conçu pour combiner les informations relatives aux première, deuxième et troisième sources de lumière fournies par la caméra afin d'imager une structure anatomique de l'échantillon, la physiologie d'image du flux sanguin et la perfusion de l'échantillon et/ou la synthèse de la structure anatomique et de la physiologie du flux sanguin et de la perfusion de l'échantillon en termes de distribution de débit sanguin. Le système d'imagerie est dirigé et focalisé sur un champ de vision (FOV) dans une région d'intérêt de l'échantillon à l'aide d'un endoscope.
