Abstract:
(EN) A process for producing an electrochemical cell, comprising: (A) continuously depositing a wet cathode active material mixture onto a surface of a cathode current collector to form a cathode electrode, wherein the wet cathode active material mixture contains 30% to 85% by volume of a cathode active material and 0% to 15% by volume of a conductive additive dispersed in a first liquid or polymer gel electrolyte; (B) continuously depositing a wet anode active material mixture onto a surface of an anode current collector to form an anode electrode, wherein the wet anode active material mixture contains an anode active material and a conductive additive dispersed in a second electrolytes; and (C) combining the cathode electrode or a portion thereof and the anode electrode or a portion thereof to form the cell; wherein the anode electrode and/or the cathode electrode has a thickness from 200 µm to 3,000 µm.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'une cellule électrochimique, consistant : (A) à déposer en continu un mélange de matériau actif de cathode humide sur une surface d'un collecteur de courant de cathode afin de former une électrode de cathode, le mélange de matériau actif de cathode humide contenant de 30 % à 85 % en volume d'un matériau actif de cathode et de 0 % à 15 % en volume d'un additif conducteur dispersé dans un premier électrolyte de gel liquide ou polymère ; (B) à déposer en continu un mélange de matériau actif d'anode humide sur une surface d'un collecteur de courant d'anode afin de former une électrode d'anode, le mélange de matériau actif d'anode humide contenant un matériau actif d'anode et un additif conducteur dispersé dans un second électrolyte ; et (C) à combiner tout ou partie de l'électrode de cathode et tout ou partie de l'électrode d'anode afin de former la cellule, l'électrode d'anode et/ou l'électrode de cathode ayant une épaisseur allant de 200 µm à 3 000 µm.
