Abstract:
(EN) A method for creating a 3D image is described. The method includes receiving a plurality of 2D images of an object, identifying respective 2D positions of one or more features in each of the plurality of 2D images, generating a 3D representation of the object, based on the respective 2D positions of the one or more features in each of the plurality of 2D images, and determining a 3D angular orientation of the 3D representation of the object based on relative positions of the one or more features in the 3D representation of the object. Related systems, devices and computer program products are also described.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de créer une image 3D. Le procédé consiste à : recevoir une pluralité d'images 2D d'un objet ; identifier les positions 2D respectives d'une ou de plusieurs caractéristiques dans chaque image de la pluralité d'images 2D ; générer une représentation 3D de l'objet d’après les positions 2D respectives de la caractéristique ou des caractéristiques dans chaque image de la pluralité d'images 2D ; et déterminer une orientation angulaire 3D de la représentation 3D de l'objet d’après les positions relatives de la caractéristique ou des caractéristiques dans la représentation 3D de l'objet. L'invention concerne également des systèmes, des dispositifs et des produits-programmes informatiques associés.
