Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a rotary compressor including a compression mechanism. The compression mechanism includes: a cylinder, which has a through hole formed therein, and is configured to cause a rotary shaft to pass therethrough; a piston, which is provided on an outer periphery of the rotary shaft, and is configured to rotate eccentrically on an inner side of the through hole; and two closing members arranged on and below the cylinder in an axial direction of the cylinder. The cylinder has a suction hole formed of a blind hole being open on an outer peripheral surface of the cylinder to extend in a radial direction of the cylinder, and a suction pipe is connected to an open side of the suction hole to form a cylinder chamber on ah extended line of a direction of connection of the suction pipe to the vessel. The cylinder chamber is formed by closing the through hole by the two closing members. Further, a suction check valve configured to allow a flow of refrigerant from the suction pipe into a suction chamber inside the cylinder chamber and to prevent a backward flow of the refrigerant is arranged in the suction hole. A suction flow passage configured to guide the refrigerant from the suction pipe to the suction chamber under a state in which the suction check valve is open is formed through intermediation of one or both of the two closing members.
(FR) L'invention concerne un compresseur rotatif comprenant un mécanisme de compression. Le mécanisme de compression comprend : un cylindre comportant un trou traversant formé en son sein et conçu pour amener un arbre rotatif à passer à travers le trou traversant; un piston agencé sur une périphérie externe de l'arbre rotatif et conçu pour tourner de manière excentrique sur un côté interne du trou traversant; et deux éléments de fermeture agencés au-dessus et en dessous du cylindre dans une direction axiale du cylindre. Le cylindre comporte un trou d'aspiration formé d'un trou borgne ouvert sur une face périphérique externe du cylindre afin de s'étendre dans une direction radiale du cylindre, un tuyau d'aspiration étant raccordé à un côté ouvert du trou d'aspiration afin de former une chambre de cylindre sur une ligne s'étendant d'une direction de raccordement du tuyau d'aspiration au récipient. La chambre de cylindre est formée par fermeture du trou traversant au moyen des deux éléments de fermeture. En outre, un clapet de non-retour d'aspiration, conçu pour permettre un écoulement de fluide frigorigène du tuyau d'aspiration vers une chambre d'aspiration à l'intérieur de la chambre de cylindre, et pour empêcher un écoulement à contre-courant du fluide frigorigène, est agencé dans le trou d'aspiration. Un passage d'écoulement d'aspiration, conçu pour guider le fluide frigorigène du tuyau d'aspiration vers la chambre d'aspiration lorsque le clapet de non-retour d'aspiration est ouvert, est formé par l'intermédiaire d'un ou des deux éléments de fermeture.
