Abstract

A full-face flare joint for a lined piping system having a connector portion of a metal piping being flared radially outwardly at a predetermined angle to form a pipe lap with a first surface and a second surface. The first surface is configured to engage a pipe flange. Further, a pipe lining extends out of the connector portion and is flared radially outwardly over the second surface of the pipe lap thereby forming a liner flare. A full-face flare component with a bottom portion is attached to the liner flare so that the bottom portion of the component forms an angle of about 90º with an inner surface of the pipe lining.

L'invention concerne un raccord à évasement de face pleine destiné à un système de tuyauterie à revêtement et comportant une partie raccord d'une tuyauterie métallique évasée radialement vers l'extérieur suivant un angle prédéfini afin de former un recouvrement de tuyau doté d'une première face et d'une seconde face. La première face est conçue pour entrer en prise avec une bride de tuyau. En outre, un revêtement de tuyau s'étend hors de la partie raccord et il est évasé radialement vers l'extérieur sur la seconde face du recouvrement de tuyau, formant ainsi un évasement de revêtement. Un élément à évasement de face pleine doté d'une partie inférieure est fixé à l'évasement de revêtement de sorte que la partie inférieure de l'élément forme un angle d'environ 90° avec une face interne du revêtement de tuyau.
