Abstract:
(EN) An interposer device comprising a first conductor pattern on a first side defining a portion of the interposer device to be covered by a first electrical circuit element; and a second conductor pattern on a second side to be connected to a second electrical circuit element. The second conductor pattern is electrically coupled to the first conductor pattern. The interposer device further comprises a plurality of nanostructure energy storage devices arranged within the portion of the interposer device to be covered by the first electrical circuit element. Each of the nanostructure energy storage devices comprises at least a first plurality of conductive nanostructures;a conduction controlling material embedding the nanostructures;a first electrode connected to each nanostructure in the first plurality of nanostructures; and a second electrode separated from each nanostructure in the first plurality of nanostructures by the conduction controlling material.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif interposeur comprenant un premier motif conducteur sur un premier côté définissant une partie du dispositif interposeur à recouvrir par un premier élément de circuit électrique ; et un second motif conducteur sur un second côté à connecter à un second élément de circuit électrique. Le second motif conducteur est couplé électriquement au premier motif conducteur. Le dispositif interposeur comprend en outre une pluralité de dispositifs de stockage d'énergie à nanostructures agencés à l'intérieur de la partie du dispositif interposeur devant être recouvert par le premier élément de circuit électrique. Chacun des dispositifs de stockage d'énergie à nanostructure comprend au moins une première pluralité de nanostructures conductrices ; un matériau de commande de conduction incorporant les nanostructures ; une première électrode connectée à chaque nanostructure dans la première pluralité de nanostructures ; et une seconde électrode séparée de chaque nanostructure dans la première pluralité de nanostructures par le matériau de commande de conduction.
