Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a method for manufacturing a flexible battery, and a flexible battery manufactured thereby, the method comprising the steps of: preparing an electrode current collector which includes a current collecting portion including at least one through-hole, and a tab connecting portion extending from an edge of the current collecting portion to be connected to a tab; electrospinning an electrode slurry including an electrode active material, a binder, a conductive material, and a solvent onto at least one side of an edge of and throughout the through-hole of the current collecting portion to form an electrode active material layer on at least one surface of the electrode current collector; and forming a battery that includes the electrode collector having the electrode active material layer formed thereon as an electrode.
(FR) L’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’une batterie flexible, et une batterie flexible ainsi fabriquée, les étapes du procédé consistant : à préparer un collecteur de courant d’électrode qui inclut une partie collectrice de courant incluant au moins un trou traversant, et une partie connectrice de languette s’étendant depuis un bord de la partie collectrice de courant devant être connectée à une languette ; à procéder à un filage électronique sur une pâte d’électrode incluant un matériau actif d’électrode, un liant, un matériau conducteur, et un solvant sur au moins un côté d’un bord de la partie collectrice de courant et à travers le trou traversant de la partie collectrice de courant pour former une couche de matériau actif d’électrode sur au moins une surface du collecteur de courant d’électrode ; et à former une batterie qui inclut le collecteur d’électrode sur laquelle la couche de matériau actif d’électrode est formée en tant qu’électrode.
