Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to the evaluation of the performance of a component using a pair of dimer-forming primers. The method using the pair of dimer-forming primers according to the present invention can be used not only for evaluating the performance of components including a nucleic acid polymerase but also as an internal control in the detection of a target nucleic acid sequence.
(FR) La présente invention concerne l'évaluation des performances d'un composant à l'aide d'une paire d'amorces de formation de dimères. Le procédé utilisant la paire d'amorces de formation de dimères selon la présente invention peut être utilisé non seulement pour évaluer la performance de composants comprenant une polymérase d'acide nucléique mais également en tant que témoin interne dans la détection d'une séquence d'acide nucléique cible.
