(KO) 냉각장치 제조방법 및 그를 이용한 모터 하우징 냉각장치
Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a cooling device and a motor housing cooling device using the same, the manufacturing method comprising the steps of: manufacturing a cooling pipe to be formed in a shape allowing the same to be embedded in a housing body; filling the inside of the formed cooling pipe with a support material; manufacturing a portion, which is formed by dividing the housing body, as a jig body so as to support the cooling pipe inside a housing body injection mold; injection-molding the housing body by providing the cooling pipe inside the housing body injection mold such that the cooling pipe is supported by the jig body; and removing the support material filled inside the cooling pipe after molding.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif de refroidissement et un dispositif de refroidissement de caisson moteur l'utilisant, le procédé de fabrication comprenant les étapes consistant à : fabriquer un tuyau de refroidissement à former sous une forme lui permettant d'être intégré dans un corps de caisson ; remplir l'intérieur du tuyau de refroidissement formé avec un matériau de support ; fabriquer une partie, qui est formée par division du corps de caisson, en tant que corps de gabarit de façon à supporter le tuyau de refroidissement à l'intérieur d'un moule d'injection de corps de caisson ; mouler par injection le corps de caisson en fournissant le tuyau de refroidissement à l'intérieur du moule d'injection de corps de caisson de sorte que le tuyau de refroidissement soit supporté par le corps de gabarit ; et retirer le matériau de support chargé à l'intérieur du tuyau de refroidissement après le moulage.
(KO) 본 발명은 냉각장치 제조방법 및 그를 이용한 모터 하우징 냉각장치에 관한 것으로, 그 제조방법은 냉각배관을 제조하여 하우징 몸체 내부에 매립시킬 형상으로 포밍하는 단계; 포밍된 냉각배관 속에 지지소재를 충진하는 단계; 하우징 몸체 사출금형 속에서 냉각배관을 지지하도록 하우징 몸체를 분할한 일부분을 지그몸체로 제조하는 단계; 지그몸체에 의해 냉각배관이 지지되게 하우징몸체 사출금형 속에 설치하여 하우징 몸체를 사출 성형하는 단계; 및 성형 후 냉각배관 속에 충진된 지지소재를 제거하는 단계;를 포함한다.
