Abstract:
(EN) A detector comprises: a light source unit having a sensing space therein, and emitting light into the sensing space; a reflector for reflecting the light; a sample supply unit for providing a sample into a path of the light; a first sensor unit for sensing the light reflected by the reflector; and a second sensor unit for sensing scattered light and/or fluorescent light by the sample. The light source and the first and second sensor units are provided within the sensing space.
(FR) L'invention concerne un détecteur qui comprend : un ensemble source de lumière à l'intérieur duquel un espace de détection est présent, et émettant de la lumière dans l'espace de détection ; un réflecteur pour réfléchir la lumière ; une unité d'alimentation en échantillon pour fournir un échantillon dans un trajet de la lumière ; un premier ensemble capteur pour détecter la lumière réfléchie par le réflecteur ; et un second ensemble capteur pour détecter la lumière et/ou la lumière fluorescente diffusées par l'échantillon. La source de lumière et les premier et second ensembles capteurs sont disposés à l'intérieur de l'espace de détection.
