Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition or food composition for the treatment or prevention of hypertension comprising, as an active ingredient, peptides isolated from fractions of hydrolysates of flatfish paste. It was confirmed that flatfish paste has an effect of lowing blood pressure, and hydrolysates of the flatfish paste, fractions from the hydrolysates of the flatfish paste and peptides isolated from the fractions have angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitory activity. Therefore, the peptides isolated from the fractions of the hydrolysates of the flatfish paste may be used in a pharmaceutical composition or food composition for treating or preventing hypertension. In addition, the present invention has confirmed that the hydrolysates of the flatfish paste and the peptides isolated therefrom have a radical scavenging effect and a protective effect against oxidative stress, and inhibit ROS generation, lipid peroxidation and cell death. Therefore, the peptides isolated from the fractions of the hydrolysates of the flatfish paste can be used in an anti-oxidative food composition.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique ou une composition alimentaire pour le traitement ou la prévention de l'hypertension comprenant, en tant que principe actif, des peptides isolés à partir de fractions d'hydrolysats de pâte de poisson plat. Il a été confirmé que la pâte de poisson plat a un effet d'abaissement de la pression sanguine, et des hydrolysats de la pâte de poisson plat, des fractions d'hydrolysats de la pâte de poisson plat et des peptides isolés à partir des fractions ont une activité inhibitrice de l'enzyme de conversion de l'angiotensine (ACE). Par conséquent, les peptides isolés à partir des fractions des hydrolysats de la pâte de poisson plat peuvent être utilisés dans une composition pharmaceutique ou une composition alimentaire pour traiter ou prévenir l'hypertension. De plus, la présente invention a confirmé que les hydrolysats de la pâte de poisson plat et les peptides isolés à partir de celle-ci ont un effet de piégeage de radicaux et un effet protecteur contre le stress oxydatif, et inhibent la production de ROS, la peroxydation des lipides et la mort cellulaire. Par conséquent, les peptides isolés à partir des fractions des hydrolysats de la pâte de poisson plat peuvent être utilisés dans une composition alimentaire antioxydante.
(KO) 본 발명은 광어 연육의 가수분해물의 분획물에서 분리된 펩티드를 유효성분으로 포함하는, 고혈압 치료 또는 예방용 약학 조성물 또는 식품 조성물에 관한 것으로, 광어 연육이 혈압강하 효과를 가지고, 광어 연육의 가수분해물, 상기 광어 연육의 가수분해물의 분획물과 상기 분획물에서 분리된 펩티드가 안지오텐신 I 전환 효소 (Angiotensin I converting Enzyme, ACE) 저해 활성을 가지는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서, 상기 광어 연육의 가수분해물의 분획물에서 분리된 펩티드들을 이용하여, 고혈압 치료 또는 예방용 약학 조성물 또는 식품 조성물에 사용할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 광어 연육의 가수분해물과 이에서 분리된 펩티드가 라디칼 소거 효과, 산화적 스트레스에 대한 보호 효과를 가지고 ROS 생성을 억제하고, 지질 과산화 그리고 세포사멸을 억제하는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서, 상기 광어 연육의 가수분해물의 분획물에서 분리된 펩티드들을 이용하여, 항산화용 식품 조성물에 사용할 수 있다.
