Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a cleaning composition for cleaning a glass article and a method of cleaning a glass substrate using the same. The cleaning composition includes, with respect to 100 weight% of the cleaning composition: an alkali in a range of about 1 weight% to about 20 weight%; a surfactant in a range of about 0.1 weight% to about 10 weight%; a chelating agent in a range of about 0.1 weight% to about 10 weight%; an organic solvent in a range of about 0.1 weight% to about 10 weight%; and a dispersion stabilizer in a range of about 0.1 weight% to about 10 weight%, wherein the dispersion stabilizer has a structure of Formula (1) below. The use of the cleaning composition makes it possible to effectively remove particle contamination and organic contaminants on a surface of a glass substrate.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition de nettoyage pour nettoyer un article en verre et procédé de nettoyage d'un substrat en verre l'utilisant. La composition de nettoyage comprend, par rapport à 100 % en poids de la composition de nettoyage : un alcali dans une plage d'environ 1 % en poids à environ 20 % en poids ; un tensioactif dans une plage d'environ 0,1 % en poids à environ 10 % en poids ; un agent chélatant dans une plage d'environ 0,1 % en poids à environ 10 % en poids ; un solvant organique dans une plage d'environ 0,1 % en poids à environ 10 % en poids ; et un stabilisant de dispersion dans une plage d'environ 0,1 % en poids à environ 10 % en poids, le stabilisateur de dispersion ayant une structure de formule (1) ci-dessous.
