Abstract:
(EN) This modular reforming reactor comprises: a tube module; an upper cover installed above the tube module and closing a top end of the tube module; and a lower cover installed under the tube module. The tube module comprises: a reforming reaction tube into which a reforming catalyst is charged and which generates a synthesized gas by the reaction of a reactant provided from the outside and the reforming catalyst; a heat exchanging tube which receives the synthesized gas from the reforming reaction tube and transmits waste-heat of the received synthesized gas to the reforming reaction tube; and a combustion reaction tube into which a combustion catalyst is charged, and which receives the synthesized gas from the heat exchanging tube, generates a combustion gas by the reaction of a fuel provided from the outside and the combustion catalyst, transmits heat of the generated combustion gas to the reforming reaction tube, and discharges downward a mixed gas in which the combustion gas and the synthesized gas are mixed.
(FR) L'invention concerne un réacteur de reformage modulaire comprenant : un module de tube ; un couvercle supérieur installé au-dessus du module de tube et fermant une extrémité supérieure du module de tube ; et un couvercle inférieur installé sous le module de tube. Le module de tube comprend : un tube de réaction de reformage dans lequel un catalyseur de reformage est chargé et qui génère un gaz synthétisé par la réaction d'un réactif provenant de l'extérieur et du catalyseur de reformage ; un tube d'échange de chaleur qui reçoit le gaz synthétisé à partir du tube de réaction de reformage et transmet la chaleur perdue du gaz synthétisé reçu au tube de réaction de reformage ; et un tube de réaction de combustion dans lequel est chargé un catalyseur de combustion et qui reçoit le gaz synthétisé à partir du tube d'échange de chaleur, génère un gaz de combustion par la réaction d'un combustible provenant de l'extérieur et du catalyseur de combustion, transmet la chaleur du gaz de combustion généré au tube de réaction de reformage et décharge vers le bas un gaz mixte dans lequel le gaz de combustion et le gaz de synthèse sont mélangés.
(KO) 모듈형 개질 반응기는 튜브 모듈; 상기 튜브 모듈의 상부에 설치되어 상기 튜브 모듈의 상단을 폐쇄하는 상부 커버; 및 상기 튜브 모듈의 하부에 설치되는 하부 커버를 포함한다. 상기 튜브 모듈은, 내부에 개질 촉매가 장입되고, 외부로부터 제공되는 반응물과 상기 개질 촉매의 반응에 의해 합성 가스를 생성하는 개질 반응 튜브; 상기 개질 반응 튜브로부터 상기 합성가스를 제공받고, 제공받은 상기 합성가스의 폐열을 상기 개질 반응 튜브에 전달하는 열교환 튜브; 및 내부에 연소 촉매가 장입되고, 상기 열교환 튜브로부터 상기 합성가스를 제공받고, 외부로부터 제공되는 연료와 상기 연소 촉매의 반응에 의해 연소가스를 생성하고, 생성된 상기 연소가스의 열을 상기 개질 반응 튜브에 전달하며, 상기 연소가스와 상기 합성가스가 혼합된 혼합가스를 하부로 배출하는 연소반응 튜브를 포함한다.
