Abstract:
(EN) The present invention proposes a hydrophobic thermal-conductive coating film which is excellent in heat resistance and hydrophobicity while using a low-cost raw material, and a method for manufacturing the same. A hydrophobic thermal-conductive coating film according to one aspect of the present invention includes: a thermal-conductive layer including a thermal-conductive filler and an adhesive agent for improving adhesion of the thermal-conductive filler; and a hydrophobic layer formed on one surface of the thermal-conductive layer.
(FR) La présente invention propose un film de revêtement thermoconducteur hydrophobe qui présente une excellente résistance à la chaleur et une excellente hydrophobicité tout en utilisant une matière première à faible coût, et son procédé de fabrication. Un film de revêtement thermoconducteur hydrophobe selon un aspect de la présente invention comprend : une couche thermoconductrice comprenant une charge thermoconductrice et un agent adhésif pour améliorer l'adhérence de la charge thermoconductrice, ainsi qu'une couche hydrophobe formée sur une surface de la couche thermoconductrice.
(KO) 저가원료를 사용하면서도 내열성 및 소수성이 우수한 소수성 열전도성 코팅막 및 그의 제조방법이 제안된다. 본 발명의 일측면에 따른 소수성 열전도성 코팅막은 열전도성 필러 및 열전도성 필러의 부착력을 향상시키는 부착제를 포함하는 열전도층 및 열전도층의 일면에 형성된 소수성층을 포함한다.
