(KO) 에탄올 비생산성 아세토젠 균주를 에탄올 생성균주로 전환하는 방법 및 상기 에탄올 생성균주로부터 일산화탄소를 이용한 에탄올의 제조방법
Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a transformed strain having ethanol production potential, constructed by introducing a foreign gene for ethanol production into a non-ethanol producing acetogen Eubacterium limosum and a method for producing ethanol, using the strain. According to the present invention, Eubacterium limosum which is a conventional acetogen lacking ethanol production potential is used to produce ethanol, which is a high value-added product, as a single product from carbon monoxide contained in waste gas.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une souche transformée ayant un potentiel de production d'éthanol, construite par introduction d'un gène étranger pour la production d'éthanol dans Eubacterium limosum acétogène ne produisant pas d'éthanol. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de production d'éthanol à l'aide de la souche. Selon la présente invention, Eubacterium limosum, acétogène classique dépourvu de potentiel de production d'éthanol, est utilisé pour produire de l'éthanol, un produit à forte valeur ajoutée, en tant que produit unique à partir du monoxyde de carbone contenu dans les gaz d'échappement.
(KO) 에탄올 비생성 아세토젠인 Eubacterium limosum에 에탄올 생산을 위한 외래 유전자를 도입하여 제작된 에탄올 생산능을 가지는 형질전환 균주 및 상기 균주를 이용한 에탄올의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면, 기존에 에탄올 생성능이 없는 아세토젠인 Eubacterium limosum를 이용하여, 폐가스에 포함된 일산화탄소로부터 고부가가치의 에탄올을 단일 생산물로써 생산할 수 있다.
