Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to an artificial ankle joint tibia component and, more specifically, to an implant being implanted in vivo. The implant comprises: a body part having a contact surface, which comes into contact with the cross section of the distal tibial joint, and a joint surface which faces the joint; and a fixing part extending at a fixed length upwardly from the contact surface. The fixing part comprises a blade which extends in a lateral direction and is formed in a single piece extending at a fixed length upwardly from the front-center of the contact surface. The blade comprises at least one rear blade unfolding at a predetermined angle with respect to the A-P line. Therefore, the present invention prevents stress concentration on one lateral blade and thus prevents breaks, enables extension of the contact surface area between the bone and the implant and thus enhances fixing force, and prevents marginal bone resorption by means of preventing rotation and distributing stress.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un élément tibial d'articulation de cheville artificielle et, plus particulièrement, un implant implanté in vivo. L'implant comprend : une partie corps ayant une surface de contact, qui vient en contact avec la section transversale de l'articulation tibiale distale, et une surface d'articulation qui fait face à l'articulation ; et une partie de fixation s'étendant sur une longueur fixe vers le haut à partir de la surface de contact. La partie de fixation comprend une lame qui s'étend dans une direction latérale et qui est formée d'une seule pièce s'étendant sur une longueur fixe vers le haut à partir du centre avant de la surface de contact. La lame comprend au moins une lame arrière se déployant selon un angle prédéfini par rapport à la ligne A-P. Par conséquent, la présente invention empêche la concentration de contraintes sur une lame latérale et empêche ainsi les cassures, permet une extension de la zone de surface de contact entre l'os et l'implant et améliore ainsi la force de fixation, et empêche la résorption osseuse marginale grâce à la prévention de la rotation et à la répartition des contraintes.
(KO) 본 발명은 인공발목관절 경골요소에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 체내에 이식되는 임플란트에 있어서, 상기 임플란트는 경골 원위부 관절의 절단면에 접하는 접촉면과 관절을 향하는 관절면을 갖는 몸체부; 와, 상기 접촉면에서 상측으로 일정길이 연장형성된 고정부; 를 포함하며, 상기 고정부는 상기 접촉면의 전방 중간에서 상측으로 일정길이 연장형성되는 단일체로 구성되고 일측으로 연장된 날개를 포함하며, 상기 날개는 AP선을 기준으로 소정의 각도를 가지고 전개되는 후방날개를 적어도 하나 포함하여 일측 날개에 응력이 집중되는 것을 방지하여 파단을 막을 수 있고 뼈와 임플란트의 접촉면적을 확대해 고정력을 강화하며 회전을 방지하고 응력을 분산시켜 주변 골흡수를 예방할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공발목관절 경골요소에 대한 것이다.
