Abstract:
(EN) A precast gel according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a gel accommodation part for accommodating a gel for electrophoresis; a membrane arranged at one side of the gel accommodation part, wherein the movement of proteins to the membrane occurs in the gel; a first electrode arranged at the other side of the gel accommodation part; and a second electrode arranged at one side of the membrane, wherein the second electrode can be arranged so as to face the first electrode, with the gel accommodation part and the membrane therebetween.
(FR) Un gel précoulé selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend : une partie de réception de gel pour recevoir un gel pour électrophorèse ; une membrane agencée sur un côté de la partie de réception de gel, le mouvement des protéines vers la membrane se produisant dans le gel ; une première électrode agencée sur l’autre côté de la partie de réception de gel ; et une deuxième électrode agencée sur un côté de la membrane, la deuxième électrode pouvant être agencée de façon à faire face à la première électrode, à la partie de réception de gel et à la membrane entre celles-ci.
(KO) 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 프리캐스트 겔은, 전기영동을 위한 겔을 수용하도록 구성되는 겔 수용부, 상기 겔 수용부의 일측에 배치되는 멤브레인 - 상기 겔에서 상기 멤브레인으로 단백질의 이동이 이루어짐 -, 상기 겔 수용부의 타측에 배치되는 제 1 전극 및 상기 멤브레인의 일측에 배치되는 제 2 전극을 포함하며, 상기 제 2 전극은 상기 겔 수용부 및 상기 멤브레인을 사이에 두고 상기 제 1 전극과 대향하여 배치될 수 있다.
