Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to: an electrode wherein a short-circuit preventing film laminated on the surface of the electrode can prevent a short circuit between a cathode and an anode even when a battery is overheated; a secondary battery using the electrode; and a method for manufacturing the electrode. The secondary battery electrode of the present invention comprises: an electrode current collector; an active material layer formed on the electrode current collector; and a short-circuit preventing film laminated on the active material layer, wherein the short-circuit preventing film comprises a nano web-type porous membrane into which nanofiber strands obtained by electrospinning polyacrylonitrile (PAN) are merged.
(FR) La présente invention concerne : une électrode dans laquelle un film de prévention de court-circuit stratifié sur la surface de l'électrode peut empêcher un court-circuit entre une cathode et une anode même lorsqu'une batterie est surchauffée ; une batterie secondaire utilisant l'électrode ; et un procédé de fabrication de l'électrode. L'électrode de batterie secondaire de la présente invention comprend : un collecteur de courant d'électrode ; une couche de matériau actif formée sur le collecteur de courant d'électrode ; et un film de prévention de court-circuit stratifié sur la couche de matériau actif, le film de prévention de court-circuit comprenant une membrane poreuse de type nanobande dans laquelle sont fusionnés des brins de nanofibres obtenus par électrofilage de polyacrylonitrile (PAN).
(KO) 본 발명은 전극의 표면에 단락방지막을 적층하여 전지의 과열이 발생할지라도 단락방지막이 양극과 음극 사이의 단락을 방지할 수 있는 전극 및 이를 이용한 이차전지와 전극의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 이차전지용 전극은 전극 집전체; 상기 전극 집전체에 형성된 활물질층; 및 상기 활물질층에 적층된 단락방지막;을 포함하며, 상기 단락방지막은 폴리아크릴로니트릴(PAN)을 전기방사하여 얻어지는 나노섬유 스트랜드를 집적하여 형성되는 나노 웹(nano web) 형태의 다공성 멤브레인(Membrane)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
