(KO) 표적 유전자 검출용 장치 및 이를 이용하여 표적 유전자를 검출하는 방법
Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a target gene-detecting device and a method for detecting a target gene. According to an aspect, a target gene-detecting device can be conveniently fabricated at low cost by employing a porous substrate or a method for detecting a target gene allows the pretreatment of a sample, the extraction of a nucleic acid, the amplification of a nucleic acid, and the detection of a target gene to be conducted at high accuracy and specificity in an integral system, with no contamination plausibility and can be thus useful for gene inspection.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de détection de gène cible ainsi qu'un procédé de détection de gène cible utilisant ledit dispositif. Selon un aspect, un dispositif de détection de gène cible peut être fabriqué de manière pratique à faible coût en utilisant un substrat poreux ou un procédé permettant de détecter un gène cible permet d'effectuer le prétraitement d'un échantillon, l'extraction d'un acide nucléique, l'amplification d'un acide nucléique et la détection d'un gène cible avec un degré élevé de précision et de spécificité dans un système intégral sans plausibilité de contamination, ce qui peut s'avérer utile pour l'inspection des gènes.
(KO) 표적 유전자 검출용 장치 및 표적 유전자를 검출하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 일 양상에 따른 표적 유전자 검출용 장치 또는 표적 유전자를 검출하는 방법에 따르면, 다공성 기판을 사용하여 저비용으로 유전자 검출용 장치를 간편하게 제조할 수 있고, 오염 가능성 없이 높은 정확도와 특이도로 시료의 전처리, 핵산의 추출, 핵산의 증폭 및 표적 유전자의 검출을 통합된 시스템에서 진행할 수 있으므로 유전자 검사에 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
