(FR) L'invention concerne un film de polyimide qui peut être utilisé efficacement en tant que substrat pour un dispositif d'affichage flexible sans détérioration de la résistance à la chaleur, même à une température de 350 °C ou plus, étant donné qu'un coefficient de dilatation thermique (A) dans la plage de 100 à 350 °C, du film de polyimide, et un coefficient de dilatation thermique (B) dans la plage de 350 à 450 °C, du film de polyimide, satisfont à 0<B/A<2.
(KO) 본 발명에 따른 폴리이미드 필름은 100~350℃ 구간의 열팽창 계수(A)와 350~450℃ 구간의 열팽창 계수(B)가 0< B/A < 2 를 만족함으로써, 350℃ 이상의 온도에서도 내열성 저하 없이 플렉서블 디스플레이 소자용 기판으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
