Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a driving mechanism for a roll blind capable of lighting adjustment, the driving mechanism comprising: a cover housing (212) having a stopper (212c) formed to protrude; a driving shaft (213a) coupled to the cover housing (212) to be able to rotate relative thereto; a twisting coil spring (220) wound and tightened around the outer peripheral surface of the driving shaft (213a); and a clutch wheel (223) that rotates integrally with the driving shaft (213a), wherein, when the driving shaft (213a) engages with the stopper (212c) in the rotating process, rotation of the twisting coil spring (220) is blocked thereby; the driving shaft (213a) nevertheless can keep rotating even when rotation of the twisting coil spring (220) is blocked; the driving mechanism further comprises a tilting gear (222) that engages with the twisting coil spring (220) and rotates together with the same, and a tilting wheel (224) that is interlocked with the tilting gear (222) via an idle gear (218) and is rotated accordingly; and the tilting wheel (224) is rotated by rotation of the twisting coil spring (220) in a range where the twisting coil spring (220) rotates together with the driving shaft (213a) without engaging with the stopper (212c). Accordingly, lighting adjustment is made possible without lifting or lowering a weight, and noise generation can be reduced.
(FR) L'invention concerne un mécanisme d'entraînement pour un volet roulant capable d'un réglage d'éclairage, le mécanisme d'entraînement comprenant : un boîtier de couverture (212) ayant une butée (212c) formée pour faire saillie ; un arbre d'entraînement (213a) couplé au boîtier de couverture (212) pour pouvoir tourner par rapport à celui-ci ; un ressort hélicoïdal de torsion (220) enroulé et serré autour de la surface périphérique externe de l'arbre d'entraînement (213a) ; et une roue d'embrayage (223) qui tourne solidairement avec l'arbre d'entraînement (213a), la rotation du ressort hélicoïdal de torsion (220) étant empêchée lorsque l'arbre d'entraînement (213a) vient en prise avec la butée (212c) dans le processus de rotation ; l'arbre d'entraînement (213a) pouvant néanmoins poursuivre la rotation même lorsque la rotation du ressort hélicoïdal de torsion (220) est empêchée ; le mécanisme d'entraînement comprenant en outre un engrenage d'inclinaison (222) qui vient en prise avec le ressort hélicoïdal de torsion (220) et tourne conjointement avec celui-ci et une roue basculante (224) qui est verrouillée avec l'engrenage d'inclinaison (222) par l'intermédiaire d'un engrenage libre (218) et est entraînée en rotation en conséquence ; et la roue d'inclinaison (224) étant mise en rotation par la rotation du ressort hélicoïdal de torsion (220) dans une plage où le ressort hélicoïdal de torsion (220) tourne conjointement avec l'arbre d'entraînement (213a) sans venir en prise avec la butée (212c). En conséquence, un réglage d'éclairage est rendu possible sans lever ou abaisser un poids et la génération de bruit peut être réduite.
(KO) 본 발명은 채광조절이 가능한 롤 블라인드용 구동 메커니즘에 관한 것으로서, 돌출 형성된 스토퍼(212c)를 갖는 커버 하우징(212)과, 상기 커버 하우징(212)에 상대적으로 회전 가능하게 결합되는 구동샤프트(213a)와, 상기 구동샤프트(213a)의 외주면에 감겨 조여진 비틀림 코일스프링(220)과, 상기 구동샤프트(213a)와 일체로 회전하는 클러치 휠(223)을 포함하되, 상기 비틀림 코일스프링(220)은 상기 구동샤프트(213a)가 회전하는 과정에서 상기 스토퍼(212c)에 걸리는 경우 이에 의해 회전이 차단됨에 반해, 상기 구동샤프트(213a)는 상기 비틀림 코일스프링(220)의 회전이 차단되는 경우에도 계속적으로 회전 가능하며, 상기 비틀림 코일스프링(220)에 걸려 이와 함께 회전되는 틸팅 기어(222)와, 아이들 기어(218)를 매개로 하여 상기 틸팅 기어(222)와 연동하여 회전되는 틸팅 휠(224)을 더 포함하되, 상기 비틀림 코일스프링(220)이 상기 스토퍼(212c)에 걸리지 않고 상기 구동샤프트(213a)와 함께 회전하는 구간에서는, 상기 비틀림 코일스프링(220)의 회전을 원인으로 하여 상기 틸팅 휠(224)이 회전되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의해, 웨이트의 상승이나 하강 없이 채광조절이 가능하게 해주고 소음발생을 저감시킬 수 있다.
