Abstract:
(EN) The present application discloses a method and composition using ROS to increase the production of bacteriophage. According to the present application, a production amount of bacteriophage is increased several times in the presence of a sublethal concentration of ROS. Therefore, the method and composition of the present application can be useful for producing bacteriophage, which is used as an alternative to antibiotics that cause a serious resistance problem.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé et une composition utilisant des espèces réactives de l'oxygène pour augmenter la production de bactériophage. Selon la présente invention, une quantité de production de bactériophage est augmentée plusieurs fois en présence d'une concentration sublétale d'espèces réactives de l'oxygène. Par conséquent, le procédé et la composition de la présente invention peuvent être utiles pour produire un bactériophage, qui est utilisé comme alternative aux antibiotiques qui provoquent un problème de résistance grave.
(KO) 본원은 ROS를 이용한 박테리오파아지 생산 증가용 방법 및 조성물을 개시한다. 본원에 따르면 아치사량 농도의 ROS의 존재하에서 박테리오파아지의 생산량은 수 배 이상 증가한다. 따라서 본원의 방법 및 조성물은 내성의 문제가 심각한 항생제의 대안으로 사용되는 박테리오파아지의 생산에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
