Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a coolant heater comprising: a heating element for heating coolant; a first housing for accommodating the heating element; a cover plate for sealing the first housing in which the heating element is accommodated; a temperature fuse provided in an external space formed by coupling the first housing and the cover plate, and disposed to be adjacent to the cover plate; and a second housing for pressing the temperature fuse so as to pressurize the same toward the cover plate, wherein overheat sensing responsiveness of the heating element is improved such that the overheat of the heating element can be prevented, and failure factors in a part in which the temperature fuse is coupled are reduced such that a durability is improved.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de chauffage d'agent de refroidissement, lequel dispositif comprend : un élément chauffant pour chauffer un agent de refroidissement ; un premier boîtier pour recevoir l'élément chauffant ; une plaque de capot pour sceller le premier boîtier dans lequel est reçu l'élément chauffant ; un fusible de température disposé dans un espace externe formé par couplage du premier boîtier et de la plaque de capot, et disposé de façon à être adjacent à la plaque de capot ; et un second boîtier pour presser le fusible de température de façon à comprimer celui-ci vers la plaque de capot, la réponse de détection de surchauffe de l'élément chauffant étant améliorée de telle sorte qu'une surchauffe de l'élément chauffant peut être évitée, et que des facteurs de défaillance dans une partie dans laquelle le fusible de température est couplé sont réduits, de telle sorte qu'une durée de vie est améliorée.
(KO) 본 발명은 냉각수를 가열하기 위한 발열체; 상기 발열체가 수납되는 제1하우징; 상기 발열체가 수납된 제1하우징을 밀폐하는 커버 플레이트; 상기 제1하우징과 커버 플레이트의 결합에 의해 형성된 외부 공간에 구비되며, 커버 플레이트에 인접하여 배치된 온도퓨즈; 및 상기 온도퓨즈를 눌러 커버 플레이트쪽으로 가압하는 제2하우징; 을 포함하여 이루어져, 발열체의 과열 감지 응답성이 향상되어 발열체의 과열을 방지할 수 있으며, 온도퓨즈가 결합된 부분에서의 고장요소가 감소되어 내구성이 향상된 냉각수 히터에 관한 것이다.
