Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a button guiding device which simplifies a configuration of moving a button to a correct position (vertically upward direction from a mounting groove) where the supplied button temporarily stops for transferring immediately before being transferred to a fixed position on clothing. The button guiding device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a base; a pair of guiding members which are placed on the base, and are regulated to correspond to the diameter of a sample button in a first direction (width direction, y-axis) in order to guide the button in a second direction (x-axis) that crosses the first direction; a stopping member which is placed at one side of the guiding members, is regulated in the second direction and the first direction, and is regulated to correspond to the radius of the button induced in the second direction in order to stop the button on the base; a main actuator which provides power for regulating the guiding members in the first direction and regulating the stopping member in the second direction; and a power connecting unit which connects the main actuator to the guiding members and the stopping member. In addition, a regulation width (W) in the first direction by the pair of guiding members is set to twice a regulation distance (L) in the second direction by the stopping member.
(FR) L’objectif de la présente invention est de fournir un dispositif de guidage de bouton qui simplifie une configuration de déplacement d’un bouton vers une position correcte (direction verticale montante depuis une rainure de montage) où le bouton fourni s’arrête temporairement pour être transféré immédiatement avant d’être transféré à une position fixe sur un vêtement. Le dispositif de guidage de bouton selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend : une base ; une paire d’éléments de guidage qui sont placés sur la base, et sont régulés de façon à correspondre au diamètre d’un bouton d’échantillon dans une première direction (direction de largeur, axe y) afin de guider le bouton dans une deuxième direction (axe x) qui croise la première direction ; un élément d’arrêt qui est placé sur un côté des éléments de guidage, est réglé dans la deuxième direction et la première direction, et est réglé de façon à correspondre au rayon du bouton induit dans la deuxième direction afin d’arrêter le bouton sur la base ; un actionneur principal qui fournit de l’énergie pour réguler les éléments de guidage dans la première direction et régler l’élément d’arrêt dans la deuxième direction ; et une unité de connexion électrique qui connecte l’actionneur principal aux éléments de guidage et à l’élément d’arrêt. En outre, une largeur de régulation (W) dans la première direction par la paire d’éléments de guidage est réglée à deux fois une distance de régulation (L) dans la deuxième direction par l’élément d’arrêt.
(KO) 본 발명의 목적은 공급되는 단추를 피복의 정해진 위치로 이송하기 직전, 이송을 위하여 일시 정지되는 정위치(장착홈의 수직 상방)에 단추를 이동시키는 구성을 단순하게 하는 단추 가이드 장치를 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 단추 가이드 장치는, 베이스, 상기 베이스 상에 쌍으로 배치되고 제1방향(폭 방향, y축)으로 샘플 단추의 직경에 대응하도록 조절되어 상기 제1방향에 교차하는 제2방향(x축)으로 단추를 유도하는 유도부재, 상기 유도부재의 일측에 배치되고 상기 제2방향 및 상기 제1방향으로 조절되고 상기 제2방향으로 유도되는 상기 단추의 반경에 대응하도록 조절되어 상기 단추를 상기 베이스 상에 멈추게 하는 멈춤부재, 상기 유도부재의 상기 제1방향 조절과 상기 멈춤부재의 상기 제2방향 조절을 위한 동력을 제공하는 메인 액추에이터, 및 상기 메인 액추에이터를 상기 유도부재 및 상기 멈춤부재에 연결하는 동력 연결부를 포함하며, 1쌍의 상기 유도부재에 의한 상기 제1방향의 조절 폭(W)은 상기 멈춤 부재에 의한 상기 제2방향의 조절 거리(L)의 2배로 설정된다.
