Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS)-based hybrid nano-probe, and a non-enzymatic glucose sensor comprising the same. When a hybrid nano-probe of the present invention is used, the detection of glucose can be confirmed through a color change without using an enzyme.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une nanosonde hybride à base de silsesquioxane oligomère polyédrique (POSS) et un capteur de glucose non enzymatique comprenant celle-ci. Lorsqu’une nanosonde hybride de la présente invention est utilisée, la détection de glucose peut être confirmée par un changement de couleur sans utiliser une enzyme.
(KO) 본 발명은 다면체 올리고머 실세스퀴옥산(polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane, POSS) 기반의 하이브리드 나노 프로브 및 이를 포함하는 무효소형 글루코오스 센서에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 하이브리드 나노 프로브를 이용하는 경우 효소를 이용하지 않고, 색 변화를 통해 글루코오스 검출을 확인할 수 있다.
