Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for preparing a conjugated diene-based copolymer and, more specifically, provides a method for preparing a conjugated diene-based copolymer, a conjugated diene-based copolymer prepared thereby and a rubber composition comprising the same, the method comprising a step (S10) of emulsion-polymerizing a α-methylstyrene monomer, a conjugated diene-based monomer and a hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate monomer, wherein the α-methylstyrene monomer and the conjugated diene-based monomer are injected at the point in time when the polymerization conversion rate of the emulsion polymerization is 0%, the hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate monomer is dividedly injected at least twice at the point in time when the polymerization conversion rate of the emulsion polymerization is 0-80%, and 10-50 wt% of the α-methylstyrene monomer, 49-89 wt% of the conjugated diene-based monomer and 0.1-5 wt% of the hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate monomer are injected on the basis of the total amount of monomers.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un copolymère à base de diène conjugué et, plus précisément, un procédé de préparation d'un copolymère à base de diène conjugué, un copolymère à base de diène conjugué préparé selon ledit procédé et une composition de caoutchouc comprenant ledit copolymère à base de diène conjugué. Le procédé comprend une étape (S10) de polymérisation en émulsion d'un monomère α-méthylstyrène, d'un monomère à base de diène conjugué et d'un monomère (méth)acrylate d'hydroxyalkyle, le monomère α-méthylstyrène et le monomère à base de diène conjugué étant injectés au moment où le taux de conversion par polymérisation de la polymérisation en émulsion est de 0 %, le monomère (méth)acrylate d'hydroxyalkyle étant injecté de façon fractionnée au moins deux fois au moment où le taux de conversion par polymérisation de la polymérisation en émulsion est compris entre 0 et 80 %, et de 10 à 50 % en poids du monomère α-méthylstyrène, de 49 à 89 % en poids du monomère à base de diène conjugué et de 0,1 à 5 % en poids du monomère (méth)acrylate d'hydroxyalkyle sont injectés par rapport à la quantité totale de monomères.
(KO) 본 발명은 공액디엔계 공중합체 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 α-메틸스티렌 단량체, 공액디엔계 단량체 및 히드록시 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체를 포함하여 유화 중합시키는 단계(S10)단계를 포함하고, 상기 α-메틸스티렌 단량체 및 공액디엔계 단량체는 상기 유화 중합의 중합 전환율 0%인 시점에 일괄 투입되며, 상기 히드록시 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체는 상기 유화 중합의 중합 전환율 0% 내지 80%인 시점에서 2회 이상 분할 투입되고, 단량체 전체 함량에 대하여, 상기 α-메틸스티렌 단량체는 10 중량% 내지 50 중량%, 상기 공액디엔계 단량체는 49 중량% 내지 89 중량% 및 상기 히드록시 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체는 0.1 중량% 내지 5 중량%로 투입되는 것인 공액디엔계 공중합체 제조방법, 이로부터 제조된 공액디엔계 공중합체 및 이를 포함하는 고무 조성물을 제공한다.
