Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a swirl chamber-type diesel engine, and more specifically, to a swirl chamber-type diesel engine of which the respective bottom surfaces of clover parts positioned near a trench part at a primary combustion chamber are implemented as helical stereoscopic structures, and thus a strong swirl is formed to combustion gas incoming into the clover parts, thereby enabling a higher oxidation capability to be obtained. Disclosed is a swirl chamber-type diesel engine comprising: a secondary combustion chamber assembly (2) which constitutes a secondary combustion chamber (2a) by being coupled with a cylinder head (1), and which comprises a swirl induction part (2d) having a curved shape on an inner wall surface thereof, and a connecting passage (2b) formed on the lower end of the swirl induction part (2d); and a piston (3) which constitutes a primary combustion chamber (3a), and which comprises a trench part (3c) communicating with the connecting passage (2b), and clover parts (3b) respectively formed on both sides of the trench part (3c), wherein the respective bottom surfaces of the clover parts (3b) have stereoscopic structures whereby the height of the bottom surface of a first region at which combustion gas is incoming from the trench part (3c) is smaller than the height of the bottom surface of a second region that is progressed by a predetermined distance from the first region according to the flow of the combustion gas.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un moteur diesel de type à chambre à turbulence, et concerne plus particulièrement un moteur diesel de type à chambre à turbulence dont les surfaces inférieures respectives de parties trèfle positionnées près d'une partie tranchée au niveau d'une chambre de combustion primaire sont mises en œuvre sous la forme de structures stéréoscopiques hélicoïdales, une forte turbulence étant formée pour la combustion du gaz entrant dans les parties trèfle, ce qui permet d'obtenir une capacité d'oxydation plus élevée. L'invention concerne un moteur diesel de type à chambre à turbulence comprenant : un ensemble chambre de combustion secondaire (2) qui constitue une chambre de combustion secondaire (2a) par accouplement à une culasse (1), et qui comprend une partie d'induction de turbulence (2d) ayant une forme incurvée sur sa surface de paroi interne, et un passage de raccordement (2b) formé sur l'extrémité inférieure de la partie d'induction de turbulence (2d); et un piston (3) qui constitue une chambre de combustion primaire (3a), et qui comprend une partie tranchée (3c) communiquant avec le passage de raccordement (2b), et des parties trèfle (3b) formées respectivement sur les deux côtés de la partie tranchée (3c), les surfaces inférieures respectives des parties trèfle (3b) présentant des structures stéréoscopiques, la hauteur de la surface inférieure d'une première région au niveau de laquelle un gaz de combustion entre depuis la partie tranchée (3c) étant inférieure à la hauteur de la surface inférieure d'une seconde région qui est avancée d'une distance prédéfinie par rapport à la première région en fonction de l'écoulement du gaz de combustion.
(KO) 본 발명은 와류실식 디젤 엔진에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 와류실식 디젤 엔진의 주연소실에서 트렌치부 주변에 위치하는 클로버부의 바닥면을 나선형 입체 구조로 구현함으로써, 상기 클로버부로 인입되는 연소 가스에 강한 와류가 형성되도록 하여 보다 높은 산화 능력을 얻을 수 있도록 하는 와류실식 디젤 엔진에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는, 내벽면에 곡면 형상을 가지는 와류유도부(2d) 및 상기 와류유도부(2d) 하단에 형성된 연결통로(2b)를 포함하며, 실린더헤드(1)와 결합되어 부연소실(2a)을 구성하는 부연소실조립체(2); 및 상기 연결통로(2b)와 연통되는 트렌치부(3c) 및 상기 트렌치부(3c)의 양측에 형성된 클로버부(3b)를 포함하며, 주연소실(3a)을 구성하는 피스톤(3)을 포함하고, 상기 클로버부(3b)의 바닥면은, 상기 트렌치부(3c)로부터 연소 가스가 인입되는 제1영역의 바닥면 높이보다, 상기 연소 가스의 흐름에 따라 상기 제1영역으로부터 소정의 거리가 진행된 제2영역에서의 바닥면 높이가 더 높아지는 입체 구조를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 와류실식 디젤 엔진을 개시한다.
