Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a swirl chamber-type diesel engine, and more specifically, to a swirl chamber-type diesel engine provided with a guide structure at a connecting passage for connecting a secondary combustion chamber and a primary combustion chamber, the guide structure capable of guiding combustion gas, ejecting from the secondary combustion chamber to the primary combustion chamber, by dividing the combustion gas into three portions, thereby enabling the promotion of diffusion combustion in the diesel engine and the inhibition of the generation of harmful gases such as smog. Disclosed is a swirl chamber-type diesel engine comprising: a secondary combustion chamber assembly (2) which constitutes a secondary combustion chamber (2a) by being coupled with a cylinder head (1), and which comprises a swirl induction part (2d) having a curved shape on an inner wall surface thereof, and a connecting passage (2b) formed on the lower end of the swirl induction part (2d); and a piston (3) which constitutes a primary combustion chamber (3a), and which comprises a trench part (3c) communicating with the connecting passage (2b), and clover parts (3b) respectively formed on both sides of the trench part (3c), wherein a guide structure (2e) is provided at the connecting passage (2b) so as to be capable of guiding combustion gas, ejecting from the secondary combustion chamber (2a) to the primary combustion chamber (3a), by dividing the combustion gas into three portions.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un moteur diesel de type à chambre à turbulence, et plus particulièrement, un moteur diesel de type à chambre à turbulence comportant une structure de guidage au niveau d'un passage de liaison permettant de relier une chambre de combustion secondaire et une chambre de combustion primaire, la structure de guidage pouvant guider un gaz de combustion, qui s'éjecte de la chambre de combustion secondaire vers la chambre de combustion primaire, par division du gaz de combustion en trois parties, permettant ainsi de favoriser la combustion de diffusion dans le moteur diesel et l'inhibition de la génération de gaz nocifs tels que le smog. L'invention concerne un moteur diesel de type à chambre à turbulence comprenant : un ensemble chambre de combustion secondaire (2) qui constitue une chambre de combustion secondaire (2a) par accouplement à une culasse (1), et qui comprend une partie d'induction de turbulence (2d) ayant une forme incurvée sur sa surface de paroi interne, et un passage de liaison (2b) formé sur l'extrémité inférieure de la partie d'induction de turbulence (2d); et un piston (3) qui constitue une chambre de combustion primaire (3a), et qui comprend une partie tranchée (3c) communiquant avec le passage de liaison (2b), et des parties trèfle (3b) formées respectivement sur les deux côtés de la partie tranchée (3c), une structure de guidage (2e) étant agencée au niveau du passage de liaison (2b) de manière à pouvoir guider le gaz de combustion, qui s'éjecte de la chambre de combustion secondaire (2a) vers la chambre de combustion primaire (3a), en divisant le gaz de combustion en trois parties.
(KO) 본 발명은 와류실식 디젤 엔진에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 와류실식 디젤 엔진에서 부연소실과 주연소실을 연결하는 연결통로에 상기 부연소실에서 상기 주연소실로 분출되는 연소 가스를 세 부분으로 나누어 가이드할 수 있는 가이드구조를 구비하여, 디젤 엔진에서의 확산 연소를 촉진하고 스모그 등 유해 가스의 생성을 억제할 수 있는 와류실식 디젤 엔진에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는, 내벽면에 곡면 형상을 가지는 와류유도부(2d) 및 상기 와류유도부(2d) 하단에 형성된 연결통로(2b)를 포함하며, 실린더헤드(1)와 결합되어 부연소실(2a)을 구성하는 부연소실조립체(2); 및 상기 연결통로(2b)와 연통되는 트렌치부(3c) 및 상기 트렌치부(3c)의 양측에 형성된 클로버부(3b)를 포함하며, 주연소실(3a)을 구성하는 피스톤(3)을 포함고, 상기 연결통로(2b)에는 상기 부연소실(2b)에서 주연소실(3a)로 분출되는 연소 가스를 세 부분으로 나누어 가이드할 수 있는 가이드구조(2e)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 와류실식 디젤 엔진을 개시한다.
