Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are: an active noise canceling (ANC) test module which is used to test the ANC performance of earphones during a process for manufacturing the earphones having an ANC function; and an ANC test device using same, wherein the ANC test module can comprise: a noise signal supply unit that generates and outputs noise audio which acts as noise; a noise canceling measurement unit that calculates a frequency characteristic value of measured audio, which is collected according to whether an ANC mode is ON or OFF in earphones installed for an ANC test, and uses the frequency characteristic value to calculate a noise canceling performance value; and an adjustment unit that uses the noise canceling performance value to adjust and store an adjustment value for canceling the noise, and provides control data for the ANC test, wherein the control data includes at least one among the adjustment value and a mode setting value for switching the ANC mode ON or OFF.
(FR) L'invention concerne : un module de test d'annulation active du bruit (ANC) permettant de tester les performances ANC d'écouteurs pendant un processus de fabrication d'écouteurs dotés d'une fonction d'annulation active du bruit; et un dispositif de test ANC le mettant en oeuvre, le module de test ANC pouvant comprendre : une unité d'acheminement de signal de bruit destinée à générer et émettre une sortie audio de bruit qui agit en tant que bruit; une unité de mesure d'annulation du bruit destinée à calculer une valeur de caractéristique de fréquence de la sortie audio mesurée, qui est collectée selon qu'un mode ANC est activé ou désactivé dans des écouteurs installés pour un test ANC, et à utiliser la valeur de caractéristique de fréquence pour calculer une valeur de performance d'annulation du bruit; et une unité de réglage qui utilise la valeur de performance d'annulation du bruit pour régler et stocker une valeur de réglage pour l'annulation du bruit, et fournit des données de commande pour le test ANC, les données de commande comprenant au moins la valeur de réglage ou la valeur de réglage de mode pour activer ou désactiver le mode ANC.
(KO) 본 발명은, 능동 노이즈 제거(Active Noise Canceling : ANC) 기능을 갖는 이어폰의 제조 공정에서 이어폰의 ANC 성능을 테스트하기 위하여 이용하는 ANC 테스트 모듈 및 그를 이용한 ANC 테스트 장치를 개시하며, 상기 ANC 테스트 모듈은 노이즈로 작용하는 노이즈 오디오를 생성 및 출력하는 노이즈 신호 제공부; ANC 테스트를 위하여 설치된 이어폰에서 ANC 모드의 온 또는 오프에 대응하여 수집된 측정 오디오의 주파수 특성값을 계산하고, 상기 주파수 특성값을 이용하여 노이즈 제거 성능값을 계산하는 노이즈 제거 측정부; 및 상기 노이즈 제거 성능값을 이용하여 상기 노이즈의 제거를 위한 조정값을 조정 및 저장하고, ANC 모드의 온 또는 오프를 위한 모드 설정 값과 상기 조정값 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 제어 데이터를 상기 ANC 테스트를 위하여 제공하는 조정부;를 포함할 수 있다.
