Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a BODIPY-based copolymer, a method for preparing the copolymer, a solar cell comprising the copolymer and a method for manufacturing the solar cell. By applying the copolymer of the present invention to a hole transporting layer, a solar cell having very improved device characteristics such as charge mobility and power conversion efficiency and allowing the characteristics to be maintained for a long time can be provided.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un copolymère à base de BODIPY, un procédé de préparation du copolymère, une cellule solaire comprenant le copolymère et un procédé de fabrication de la cellule solaire. Par application du copolymère selon la présente invention sur une couche de transport de trous, une cellule solaire ayant des caractéristiques de dispositif très améliorées telles que la mobilité de charge et l'efficacité de conversion de puissance et permettant de maintenir les caractéristiques pendant une longue période de temps peut être fournie.
(KO) 본 발명은 보디피 기반의 공중합체, 상기 공중합체의 제조 방법, 상기 공중합체를 포함하는 태양전지 및 상기 태양전지의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 공중합체를 정공수송층에 적용함으로써 전하 이동도 및 전력변환효율 등의 소자 특성이 매우 향상되고, 상기 특성이 장기간 유지되는 태양전지를 제공할 수 있다.
