Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a novel cathode buffer layer material and an organic photoelectric device including the same. When the novel compound of the present invention is applied to a cathode buffer layer of an organic photoelectric device, for example, an organic solar cell or an organic photodiode, there is an effect in which the surface characteristics of an electron transport layer are improved through the high dipole moment of the novel compound to thereby facilitate electron extraction from a photoactive layer to a cathode electrode and to reduce series resistance and leakage current, and accordingly, the performance of an organic optoelectronic device (organic solar cell, organic photodiode, etc.) to be manufactured can be remarkably improved, which is industrially advantageous.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un nouveau matériau destiné à une couche tampon de cathode et un dispositif photoélectrique organique le comprenant. Le nouveau composé selon la présente invention, une fois appliqué à une couche tampon de cathode d'un dispositif photoélectrique organique, par exemple, une cellule solaire organique ou une photodiode organique, un effet se produit, selon lequel des caractéristiques de surface d'une couche de transport d'électrons sont améliorées par le moment dipolaire élevé du nouveau composé, ce qui permet de faciliter ainsi l'extraction des électrons d'une couche photoactive vers une électrode cathodique et permet également de réduire la résistance série ainsi que le courant de fuite, et par conséquent, les performances d'un dispositif optoélectronique organique (cellule solaire organique, photodiode organique, etc.) La fabrication peut être améliorée de manière remarquable, ce qui présente des avantages sur le plan industriel.
(KO) 본 발명은 신규 캐소드 버퍼층 소재 및 이를 포함하는 유기광전소자에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 신규 화합물을 유기광전소자, 예를 들어 유기태양전지 또는 유기포토다이오드의 캐소드 버퍼층에 적용할 경우, 상기 신규 화합물의 높은 쌍극자모멘트를 통해 전자 수송층의 표면 특성을 개선하여, 광활성층으로부터 캐소드 전극으로의 전자 추출이 용이하게 되고, 직렬 저항(series resistance) 및 누설 전류(leakage current)를 감소시키는 효과를 나타내어, 제작되는 유기광전소자(유기태양전지, 유기포토다이오드 등)의 성능을 현저히 향상시킬 수 있는 바, 산업적으로 유용한 효과가 있다.
