Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a composition, diagnostic kit, and diagnostic method for diagnosing the risk of preterm birth by detecting changes in a microbial community from a sample from the mother. More specifically, the present invention relates to a composition, diagnostic kit, and diagnostic method for diagnosing the risk of preterm birth by detecting Weissella microorganisms from a sample from the mother.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition, un kit de diagnostic et une méthode de diagnostic destinés à diagnostiquer le risque de naissance prématurée par détection de changements dans une communauté microbienne à partir d'un échantillon provenant de la mère. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne une composition, un kit de diagnostic et une méthode de diagnostic destinés à diagnostiquer le risque de naissance prématurée par détection de micro-organismes Weissella à partir d'un échantillon provenant de la mère.
