Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a glucose sensor. The present invention comprises: an electrode forming step of forming an electrode part composed of a plurality of electrodes on a substrate; an electrode protection/electron transport function layer forming step of forming an electrode protection/electron transport function layer including an electrode protector and an electron transporter on the electrode part; a glucose reaction part forming step of forming a glucose reaction part on the electrode protection/electron transport function layer; and an ion exchange membrane forming step of forming an ion exchange membrane on the glucose reaction part. According to the present invention, the number, time, and cost of the processes required to manufacture a glucose sensor can be reduced.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un capteur de glucose. La présente invention comprend : une étape de formation d'électrode consistant à former une partie d'électrode composée d'une pluralité d'électrodes sur un substrat; une étape de formation de couche fonctionnelle de protection d'électrode/transport d'électrons consistant à former une couche fonctionnelle de protection d'électrode/transport d'électrons comprenant un protecteur d'électrode et un transporteur d'électrons sur la partie d'électrode; une étape de formation de partie de réaction au glucose consistant à former une partie de réaction au glucose sur la couche fonctionnelle de protection d'électrode/transport d'électrons; et une étape de formation de membrane d'échange d'ions consistant à former une membrane d'échange d'ions sur la partie de réaction au glucose Selon la présente invention, le nombre, le temps et le coût des processus nécessaires à la fabrication d'un capteur de glucose peuvent être réduits.
(KO) 본 발명은 글루코스 센서 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 기판 상에 복수의 전극들로 이루어진 전극부를 형성하는 전극 형성단계, 상기 전극부 상에 전극 보호체와 전자 수송체를 포함하는 전극보호/전자수송 기능층을 형성하는 전극보호/전자수송 기능층 형성단계, 상기 전극보호/전자수송 기능층 상에 글루코스 반응부를 형성하는 글루코스 반응부 형성단계 및 상기 글루코스 반응부 상에 이온 교환막을 형성하는 이온교환막 형성단계를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 글루코스 센서를 제조하기 위해 요구되는 공정의 수와 시간 및 비용을 줄일 수 있다.
