Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a flattening device and a flattening method and, specifically, to a method for flattening raw materials charged in a container, the method comprising the steps of: inserting a leveler into one side of the container; lowering an insert provided in the leveler and inserting the insert into the raw materials; and generating vibration of the insert. By the present invention, charging density and charging level of raw materials can be made uniform.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'aplatissement et un procédé d'aplatissement et, plus précisément, un procédé d'aplatissement de matières premières chargées dans un récipient, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à: l'insertion d'un niveleur dans un côté du récipient; l'abaissement d'un insert disposé dans le niveleur et l'insertion de l'insert dans les matières premières; et la génération d'une vibration de l'insert. Par la présente invention, la densité de charge et le niveau de charge de matières premières peuvent être rendus uniformes.
