The present invention provides a nano-stratified encapsulation structure having flexibility and moisture permeability, applicable to a flexible organic light emitting diode. The nano-stratified encapsulation structure according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a substrate; a nano-stratified inorganic layer formed on the substrate and comprising a first inorganic layer and a second inorganic layer; and an organic layer formed on the nano-stratified inorganic layer, wherein the nano-stratified inorganic layer comprises pores at the boundary between the first inorganic layer and the second inorganic layer.

La présente invention concerne une structure d’encapsulation nanostratifiée présentant une flexibilité et une perméabilité à l’humidité, applicable à une diode électroluminescente organique flexible. La structure d’encapsulation nanostratifiée selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend : un substrat ; une couche inorganique nanostratifiée formée sur le substrat et comprenant une première couche inorganique et une deuxième couche inorganique ; et une couche organique formée sur la couche inorganique nanostratifiée, la couche inorganique nanostratifiée comprenant des pores à la limite entre la première couche inorganique et la deuxième couche inorganique.

본 발명은, 플렉시블 유기 발광 다이오드에 적용될 수 있는 유연성과 투습성을 가지는 나노 층화 봉지 구조체를 제공한다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 나노 층화 봉지 구조체는, 기판; 상기 기판 상에 형성되고, 제1 무기층과 제2 무기층을 포함하는 나노 층화 무기층; 및 상기 나노 층화 무기층 상에 형성된 유기층;을 포함하고, 상기 나노 층화 무기층은 상기 제1 무기층과 상기 제2 무기층의 경계에 공극을 구비한다.
