Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a ferrite-based stainless steel and a method for preparing the same. A ferrite-based stainless steel according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises, in wt%, 0.0005-0.02% of carbon (C), 0.005-0.02% of nitrogen (N), 10.0-17.0% of chromium (Cr), 0.02-0.30% of titanium (Ti), 0.10-0.60% of niobium (Nb), and the remainder iron (Fe) and other inevitable impurities, wherein aluminum (Al) is plated with a thickness of 5-50 μm on the stainless steel. Therefore, the heat radiation property and processability of the ferrite-based stainless steel can be improved by controlling the alloy components, aluminum (Al) plating thickness, and preparation method of the ferrite-based stainless steel.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un acier inoxydable à base de ferrite et son procédé de préparation. Un acier inoxydable à base de ferrite selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend, en % en poids, de 0,0005 à 0,02 % de carbone (C), de 0,005 à 0,02 % d'azote (N), de 10,0 à 17,0 % de chrome (Cr), de 0,02 à 0,30 % de titane (Ti), de 0,10 à 0,60 % de niobium (Nb), et le complément étant constitué de fer (Fe) et d'autres impuretés inévitables, l'aluminium (Al) étant plaqué avec une épaisseur de 5 à 50 µm sur l'acier inoxydable. Par conséquent, les propriétés de rayonnement thermique et d'aptitude au traitement de l'acier inoxydable à base de ferrite peuvent être améliorées par la régulation des constituants de l'alliage, de l'épaisseur de placage d'aluminium (Al), et du procédé de préparation de l'acier inoxydable à base de ferrite.
(KO) 페라이트계 스테인리스강 및 이의 제조 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 페라이트계 스테인리스강은, 중량%로, 탄소(C): 0.0005 내지 0.02%, 질소(N): 0.005 내지 0.02%, 크롬(Cr): 10.0 내지 17.0%, 타이타늄(Ti): 0.02 내지 0.30%, 나이오븀(Nb): 0.10 내지 0.60%로 포함하고, 나머지 철(Fe) 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하며, 5 내지 50 μm 두께로 알루미늄(Al)을 도금한다. 따라서, 페라이트계 스테인리스강의 합금 성분, 알루미늄(Al) 도금의 두께 및 제조 방법의 제어에 의하여 페라이트계 스테인리스강의 방열성 및 가공성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
