Abstract:
(EN) A system for treating a process exhaust stream including IPA is provided. The system comprises an IPA concentration reduction unit for reducing at least the concentration of IPA in the process exhaust stream, and a wet scrubber for receiving the process exhaust stream treated in the IPA concentration reduction unit and treating the same. The IPA concentration reduction unit includes a process of performing electrical precipitation after mist is sprayed, and wet filter treatment. Water used in the scrubber, having treated a stream containing low-concentration IPA, is used again in the reduction unit for treating a stream containing high-concentration IPA, and thus waste water can be reduced.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de traitement d'un flux d'échappement de procédé comprenant de l'isopropanol. Le système comprend une unité de réduction de concentration d'isopropanol pour réduire au moins la concentration d'isopropanol dans le flux d'échappement de procédé, et un épurateur pour recevoir le flux d'échappement de procédé traité dans l'unité de réduction de concentration d'isopropanol, et traiter celui-ci. L'unité de réduction de concentration d'isopropanol comprend un processus de réalisation d'une précipitation électrique après pulvérisation d'un brouillard, et un traitement par filtre humide. L'eau utilisée dans l'épurateur, ayant traité un flux contenant de l'isopropanol à faible concentration, est utilisée à nouveau dans l'unité de réduction pour traiter un flux contenant de l'isopropanol à haute concentration, et ainsi les eaux usées peuvent être réduites.
(KO) IPA를 포함하는 공정 배기 스트림의 처리 시스템이 제공된다. 이는 공정 배기 스트림 중 적어도 IPA 농도를 저감시키는 IPA 농도 저감기와, IPA 농도 저감기에서 처리된 공정 배기 스트림을 전달받아 처리하는 습식 스크러버를 포함한다. IPA 농도 저감기는 미스트 분사 후 전기 집진하는 과정과 습식 필터 처리를 포함한다. 저농도 IPA를 함유하는 스트림을 처리한 스크러버에서 사용된 용수는 고농도 IPA를 함유하는 스트림을 처리하는 저감기에서 다시 사용됨으로써 폐수를 절감할 수 있다.
