Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to an adsorption transfer apparatus comprising: a conveyor belt for transferring materials; a driving part for driving the conveyor belt; a plurality of adsorption means provided inside the conveyor belt so as to bring the materials in close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the conveyor belt; and control means, which comprise a pneumatic part, a horizontal movement member horizontally moved by means of the pneumatic part, a vertical movement member fixed to the adsorption means and a cam part for converting a horizontal movement of the horizontal movement member into a vertical movement of the vertical movement member, thereby controlling the operation of the adsorption means. Therefore, the horizontal movement of the horizontal movement member, generated by the pneumatic part in the control means, is converted, by the cam part, into a vertical movement of the adsorption means connected to the vertical movement member, and thus the plurality of adsorption means can be controlled only by the driving of the pneumatic part of the control means.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil de transfert par adsorption comprenant : une bande transporteuse pour transférer des matériaux; une pièce d'entraînement pour entraîner la bande transporteuse; une pluralité de moyens d'adsorption disposés à l'intérieur de la bande transporteuse afin de porter les matériaux en étroit contact avec la surface périphérique externe de la bande transporteuse; et un moyen de commande, qui comprend une pièce pneumatique, un élément à mouvement horizontal déplacé horizontalement à l'aide de la pièce pneumatique, un élément à mouvement vertical fixé aux moyens d'adsorption et une pièce came pour convertir un mouvement horizontal de l'élément à mouvement horizontal en un mouvement vertical de l'élément à mouvement vertical, commandant ainsi le fonctionnement des moyens d'adsorption. Par conséquent, le mouvement horizontal de l'élément à mouvement horizontal, généré par la pièce pneumatique dans le moyen de commande, est converti, par la pièce came, en un mouvement vertical des moyens d'adsorption reliés à l'élément à mouvement vertical, et ainsi la pluralité de moyens d'adsorption peut être commandée uniquement par l'entraînement de la pièce pneumatique du moyen de commande.
(KO) 본 발명은 흡착 이송 장치에 관한 것으로써, 소재를 이송하는 컨베이어 벨트와, 상기 컨베이어 벨트를 구동시키는 구동부와, 상기 컨베이어 벨트 내부에 설치되어 소재를 상기 컨베이어 벨트의 외주면에 밀착시키는 다수 개의 흡착 수단 및 공압부와, 상기 공압부를 통해서 수평 이동되는 수평 이동 부재와, 상기 흡착수단에 고정되는 수직 이동 부재와, 상기 수평이동 부재의 수평이동을 상기 수직 이동부재의 수직이동으로 전환시키는 캠부로 이루어져 상기 흡착 수단의 작동을 제어하는 제어 수단이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 제어 수단에서의 공압부에 의한 수평 이동 부재의 수평 이동이 캠부에 의하여 수직 이동 부재와 연결된 흡착수단의 수직 운동으로 전환되므로, 제어 수단 중 공압부의 구동만으로 다수개의 흡착수단을 제어할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
