Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a 3D printing apparatus having a wiper-type powder supply part and, more specifically, to a 3D printing apparatus having a wiper-type powder supply part, in which a plurality of powder supply chambers and a plurality of shaping chambers are provided in a circumferential direction, and a hybrid powder supply part is configured to have a rotation diameter extending to the positions of the powder supply chambers and the shaping chambers, thus allowing the apparatus to be simplified and working time to be reduced. To this end, a 3D printing apparatus having a wiper-type powder supply part is provided, which is configured to comprise: a main body in which a plurality of powder supply chambers for supplying powder and a plurality of shaping chambers for 3D shaping are alternately arranged in the circumferential direction; a laser oscillation member which is installed above the main body and which performs 3D shaping by emitting laser while being moved toward the shaping chambers; and a hybrid powder supply part which is shaft-coupled to the center of the main body and rotates in a circumferential direction of the main body, wherein the hybrid powder supply part supplies the powder accommodated in the powder supply chambers to the neighboring shaping chambers and performs a planarization operation in succession.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil d'impression 3D ayant une partie d'alimentation en poudre de type balai et, plus spécifiquement, un appareil d'impression 3D ayant une partie d'alimentation en poudre de type balai, dans laquelle une pluralité de chambres d'alimentation en poudre et une pluralité de chambres de mise en forme sont disposées dans une direction circonférentielle, et une partie d'alimentation en poudre hybride est configurée pour avoir un diamètre de rotation s'étendant jusqu'aux positions des chambres d'alimentation en poudre et des chambres de mise en forme, ce qui permet de simplifier l'appareil et de réduire le temps de travail. A cet effet, l'invention porte sur un appareil d'impression 3D ayant une partie d'alimentation en poudre de type balai, qui est configuré pour comprendre : un corps principal dans lequel une pluralité de chambres d'alimentation en poudre pour alimenter en poudre et une pluralité de chambres de mise en forme pour mise en forme 3D sont disposées en alternance dans la direction circonférentielle; un élément d'oscillation laser qui est installé au-dessus du corps principal et qui effectue une mise en forme 3D par émission d'un laser tout en étant déplacé vers les chambres de mise en forme; et une partie d'alimentation en poudre hybride qui est couplée par arbre au centre du corps principal et tourne dans une direction circonférentielle du corps principal, la partie d'alimentation en poudre hybride fournissant la poudre contenue dans les chambres d'alimentation en poudre aux chambres de mise en forme voisines et effectuant une opération de planarisation successivement.
(KO) 본 발명은 와이퍼형 분말공급부를 갖는 3D 프린팅 장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 복수의 분말공급챔버 및 복수의 조형챔버를 원주 방향으로 마련하고, 상기 분말공급챔버 및 조형챔버의 위치까지 회전반경을 갖는 하이브리드 분말공급부를 구성함으로써, 장치가 간소화되고 작업 시간이 단축될 수 있도록 한 와이퍼형 분말공급부를 갖는 3D 프린팅 장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 분말 공급이 이루어지는 복수의 분말공급챔버 및 3D 조형이 이루어지는 복수의 조형챔버가 원주 방향으로 번갈아가며 배치된 본체;상기 본체의 상방에 설치되며, 조형챔버를 향해 이동되면서 레이저를 조사하여 3D 조형을 수행하는 레이저 발진부;상기 본체의 중앙에 축 결합되어 본체의 원주 방향으로 회전되며, 분말공급챔버에 수용된 분말을 이웃하는 조형챔버로 공급 및 평탄화 작업을 연이어 수행하는 하이브리드 분말공급부:를 포함하여 구성된 와이퍼형 분말공급부를 갖는 3D 프린팅 장치를 제공한다.
