(EN) The present invention provides a 4-way torque converter which reduces working pressure of a lockup clutch, thereby enabling more efficient control in lockup operation. The 4-way torque converter according to the present invention comprises a circulation chamber for internal oil circulation, a lockup chamber for the operation of a lockup clutch, and a compensation chamber for compensating for working pressure of the lockup clutch, and comprises: a lockup piston which has a distal end thereof connected to a lockup drum and a multi-plate friction plate of the lockup clutch, and divides the spaces in the lockup chamber and the compensation chamber into two parts based on the inner and outer circumferential surfaces thereof; a lockup plate which is in contact with the inside of a bent end of the lockup piston and forms an interface of the lockup chamber disposed between the circulation chamber and the compensation chamber; a pilot hub which is coupled to a turbine spline hub having directly connected thereto an input shaft for transferring the torque of an engine to a transmission, and to an outer surface of which a front cover and an inner diametral end of the lockup plate are fixed and an inner diametral end of the lockup piston is slidably coupled; and a balance plate which has the shape of an annular bent flange coupled to the lockup piston, and an end of which is slidably in contact with a refraction surface of the front cover, thereby forming an interface of the compensation chamber.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un convertisseur de couple à 4 voies qui réduit la pression de travail d'un embrayage de verrouillage, ce qui permet une commande plus efficace en fonctionnement de verrouillage. Le convertisseur de couple à 4 voies selon la présente invention comprend une chambre de circulation pour la circulation d'huile interne, une chambre de verrouillage pour le fonctionnement d'un embrayage de verrouillage, et une chambre de compensation pour compenser la pression de travail de l'embrayage de verrouillage, et comprend : un piston de verrouillage qui a une extrémité distale reliée à un tambour de verrouillage et une plaque de frottement à plaques multiples de l'embrayage de verrouillage, et divise les espaces dans la chambre de verrouillage et la chambre de compensation en deux parties sur la base des surfaces circonférentielles interne et externe de celle-ci; une plaque de verrouillage qui est en contact avec l'intérieur d'une extrémité courbée du piston de verrouillage et forme une interface de la chambre de verrouillage disposée entre la chambre de circulation et la chambre de compensation ; un moyeu pilote qui est couplé à un moyeu à cannelure de turbine ayant directement connecté à celui-ci un arbre d'entrée pour transférer le couple d'un moteur à une transmission, et à une surface extérieure dont un couvercle avant et une extrémité diamétrale intérieure de la plaque de verrouillage sont fixés et une extrémité diamétrale intérieure du piston de verrouillage est couplée de manière coulissante ; et une plaque d'équilibrage qui a la forme d'une bride courbée annulaire couplée au piston de verrouillage, et dont une extrémité est en contact coulissant avec une surface de réfraction du couvercle avant, formant ainsi une interface de la chambre de compensation.
(KO) 본 발명은 록업 클러치의 작동 압력을 경감시켜 록업 작동 시 보다 더 효율적으로 제어할 수 있는 4-웨이 토크 컨버터를 개시한다. 본 발명의 4-웨이 토크 컨버터는 내부 오일 순환을 위한 순환 챔버, 록업 클러치의 작동을 위한 록업 챔버, 상기 록업 클러치의 작동 압력 보상을 위한 보상 챔버를 포함하고, 한쪽 끝단이 상기 록업 클러치의 록업 드럼과 다판식 마찰판으로 연계되면서 내·외주면을 경계로 상기 록업 챔버 및 상기 보상 챔버의 공간을 양쪽으로 분할하는 록업 피스톤, 상기 록업 피스톤의 절곡단 내측으로 밀착되며 상기 순환 챔버와 상기 보상 챔버 사이에 배치되는 상기 록업 챔버의 한쪽 경계면을 형성하는 록업 플레이트, 엔진의 토크를 변속기로 전달하는 인풋 샤프트가 직결되는 터빈 스플라인 허브 상에 결합되며, 외면 상에는 프론트 커버와 상기 록업 플레이트의 내경단이 고정되고, 상기 록업 피스톤의 내경단이 슬라이딩 운동 가능하게 결합되는 파일롯 허브, 상기 록업 피스톤에 결합된 환상의 절곡플랜지 형태로, 다른 쪽 끝이 상기 프론트 커버의 굴절면상에 슬라이딩 운동 가능하게 밀착되어 상기 보상 챔버의 경계면을 형성하는 밸런스 플레이트를 포함한다.
