Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a manifold insulator comprising alumina particles in a first phase and zirconia particles in a second phase, wherein the zirconia particles are dispersed in the alumina particles, and the zirconia particles are located at the triple point of alumina grains. Compared with a conventional manifold insulator made of an alumina material, the manifold insulator of the present invention has an advantage of having remarkably excellent mechanical strength without a deterioration of dielectric breakdown strength.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un isolant de collecteur comprenant des particules d'alumine dans une première phase et des particules de zircone dans une seconde phase, les particules de zircone étant dispersées dans les particules d'alumine, et les particules de zircone étant situées au point triple de grains d'alumine. Par comparaison avec un isolant de collecteur classique fait d'un matériau à base d'alumine, l'isolant de collecteur selon l'invention présente l'avantage d'avoir une résistance mécanique d'une excellence remarquable sans détérioration de la résistance au claquage diélectrique.
(KO) 본 발명은 알루미나 입자를 제 1상, 지르코니아 입자를 제 2상으로 포함하며, 알루미나 입자 내에 지르코니아 입자가 분산되어 있으며, 알루미나 결정립의 삼중점에 지르코니아 입자가 위치하는 매니폴드 절연체에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 의한 매니폴드 절연체는 종래 알루미나 재질의 매니폴드 절연체 대비 절연 파괴강도의 저하가 없으면서도 기계강도가 현저히 우수한 장점이 있다.
