Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a device for inspecting safety of an electropermanent magnet for a lifter and a method therefor. A device for inspecting safety of an electropermanent magnet for a lifter, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a power supply unit for supplying preset power to an electropermanent magnet of a lifter; a sensing unit for sensing a voltage and current through an inner coil of the electropermanent magnet; and a determination unit for calculating a magnetic flux amount or inductance of the electropermanent magnet and comparing the magnetic flux amount or the inductance with preset values to determine safety. Accordingly, it is possible to determine the safety simply by using the inner coil of the electropermanent magnet.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif permettant d'inspecter la sécurité d'un aimant électro-permanent d'un dispositif de levage, et un procédé correspondant. Selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, un dispositif d'inspection de la sécurité d'un aimant électro-permanent d'un dispositif de levage comprend : une unité d'alimentation électrique permettant de fournir une puissance prédéfinie à un aimant électro-permanent d'un dispositif de levage ; une unité de détection permettant de détecter une tension et un courant à travers une bobine interne de l'aimant électro-permanent ; et une unité de détermination permettant de calculer une quantité de flux magnétique ou une inductance de l'aimant électro-permanent et de comparer la quantité de flux magnétique ou l'inductance avec des valeurs prédéfinies afin de déterminer la sécurité. Ainsi, il est possible de déterminer la sécurité simplement à l'aide de la bobine interne de l'aimant électro-permanent.
(KO) 본 발명은 리프터용 영전자 자석의 안전도 검사장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 리프터용 영전자 자석의 안전도 검사장치는, 리프터의 영전자 자석에 기 설정된 전원을 공급하는 전원부와, 상기 영전자 자석의 내부코일을 통해 전압, 전류를 감지하는 감지부와, 상기 영전자 자석의 자속량 또는 인덕턴스을 계산하고 기 설정치와 비교하여 안전도를 판단하는 판단부를 포함한다. 이에 따라, 영전자 자석의 내부코일을 이용하여 간단한게 안전도를 판단할 수 있다.
