Abstract:
(EN) A method for producing an inositol derivative, the method being characterized by: including a step for reacting inositol and dextrin in the presence of cyclodextrin glucanotransferase to generate an inositol derivative in which a sugar is bonded to the inositol and obtain a solution containing the inositol derivative and cyclodextrin glucanotransferase, and a step for removing the cyclodextrin glucanotransferase in the solution using an ultrafiltration membrane; and not inactivating the cyclodextrin glucanotransferase in the solution.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de dérivé d'inositol qui inclut : une étape au cours de laquelle un inositol et une dextrine sont mis en réaction en présence d'une cyclodextrine glucanotransférase, et un dérivé d'inositol dans lequel un saccharide est lié à un inositol, est généré, et une solution contenant ledit dérivé d'inositol et ladite cyclodextrine glucanotransférase, est obtenue ; et une étape au cours de laquelle ladite cyclodextrine glucanotransférase contenue dans ladite solution, est éliminée au moyen d'une membrane d'ultrafiltration. Ce procédé de fabrication de dérivé d'inositol est caractéristique en ce qu'un traitement de désactivation de ladite cyclodextrine glucanotransférase contenue dans ladite solution, est effectué.
