Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a can inner surface-coating apparatus with which inspection of bottomed cylinders can be favorably performed in parallel without being affected by the coating process. In the can inner surface-coating apparatus (1), inspection cameras (13a-13c) to be used for inspection following coating of the inner surface of a bottomed cylinder that will become the body of a can or bottle-shaped can are disposed above spray devices (11a-11c) that are used for coating the inner surface of bottomed cylinders. Moreover, the coating area (2a) including the spray devices (11a-11c) and the inspection area (2b) including the inspection cameras (13a-13c) are covered with a cover (20). By supplying air inside the cover (20) from the upper part (air supply port [202]) of the inspection area (2b) and discharging the air out of the cover (20) from the lower part (coating mist collection duct [22]) of the coating area (2a), an air flow is formed from the upper part of the inspection area (2b) to the lower part of the coating area (2a).
(FR) L'invention concerne un appareil de revêtement de surface interne de boîte de conserve avec lequel l'inspection de cylindres à fond peut être réalisée favorablement en parallèle sans être affectée par le processus de revêtement. Dans l'appareil de revêtement de surface interne de boîte de conserve (1), des caméras d'inspection (13a-13c) à utiliser pour l'inspection après le revêtement de la surface interne d'un cylindre à fond qui deviendra le corps d'une boîte de conserve ou en forme de bouteille peuvent être disposées au-dessus de dispositifs de pulvérisation (11a-11c) qui sont utilisés pour revêtir la surface interne de cylindres à fond. (JA) 塗装処理の影響を受けることなく底付円筒体の検査を良好に並列実施することができる缶内面塗装装置を提供する。缶内面塗装装置(1)において、缶、ボトル缶の缶胴となる底付円筒体の内面塗装後の検査に用いる検査用カメラ(13a~13c)を、底付円筒体の内面塗装に用いるスプレー装置(11a~11c)より上方に配置した。そして、スプレー装置(11a~11c)を含む塗装エリア(2a)および検査用カメラ(13a~13c)を含む検査エリア(2b)をカバー(20)で覆い、検査エリア(2b)の上部(給気口(202))からカバー(20)内に給気するとともに塗装エリア(2a)の下部(塗装ミスト回収ダクト(22))からカバー(20)外へ排気することにより、検査エリア(2b)の上部から塗装エリア(2a)の下部へ向かう気流を形成した。
