Provided is an aliphatic polycarbonate resin that can be used as a thermally decomposable binder capable of thermal decomposition (degreasing) at low temperature. The aliphatic polycarbonate is an aliphatic polycarbonate containing a structural unit represented by formula (1) (in the formula, R1, R2, and R3 are the same or different and represent a hydrogen atom, an optionally substituted C1-15 alkyl group, or an optionally substituted C6-20 aryl group, R4 represents an optionally substituted C1-20 alkyl group or an optionally substituted C6-20 aryl group, and n represents an integer of 0 to 3).

La présente invention concerne une résine de polycarbonate aliphatique qui peut être utilisée comme liant thermiquement décomposable apte à effectuer une décomposition thermique (dégraissage) à basse température. Le polycarbonate aliphatique est un polycarbonate aliphatique contenant un motif structurel représenté par la formule (1) (dans la formule, R1, R2, et R3 sont identiques ou différents et représentent un atome d’hydrogène, un groupe alkyle en C1 à C15 éventuellement substitué, ou un groupe aryle en C6 à C20 éventuellement substitué, R4 représente un groupe alkyle en C1 à C20 éventuellement substitué ou un groupe aryle en C6 à C20 éventuellement substitué, et n représente un nombre entier d’une valeur de 0 à 3).

低温で熱分解(脱脂)させることができる熱分解性バインダーに使用できる脂肪族ポリカーボネート樹脂が提供される。当該脂肪族ポリカーボネートは、式(1): (式中、R、R、及びRは同一又は異なって、水素原子、置換基で置換されていてもよい炭素数1から15のアルキル基、又は置換基で置換されていてもよい炭素数6から20のアリール基を示し、Rは置換基で置換されていてもよい炭素数1から20のアルキル基、又は置換基で置換されていてもよい炭素数6から20のアリール基を示し、nは0から3の整数を示す。) で示される構成単位を含む脂肪族ポリカーボネートである。
