Abstract:
(EN) The present invention involves a step for preparing a mixture and a step for discharging the mixture. The step for preparing a mixture involves combining and melt mixing a thermoplastic resin, a non-solvent, and an inorganic compound, wherein the non-solvent does not evenly dissolve a 1/4 mass ratio of the thermoplastic resin at whichever temperature is lower from among the boiling point of the solution and 250°C.
(FR) La présente invention comprend une étape de préparation d'un mélange et une étape d'évacuation du mélange. L'étape de préparation d'un mélange comprend la combinaison et le mélange à chaud d'une résine thermoplastique, d'un non-solvant et d'un composé inorganique dans laquelle le non-solvant ne dissout pas uniformément un rapport massique 1/4 de la résine thermoplastique à la température la plus basse entre le point d'ébullition de la solution et 250 °C.
(JA) 混練物を作製する工程と混練物を吐出する工程とを有する。混練物を作成する工程では熱可塑性樹脂と非溶剤と無機化合物とを混合して溶融混練する、非溶剤は沸点もしくは250℃のいずれか低い温度において1/4の質量の熱可塑性樹脂を均一に溶解しない。
