Abstract:
(EN) In order to prevent adhesion of ink splashes to an electrode and prevent staining on a surrounding environment with ink, the present invention provides a printing system comprising a printing unit (2) provided with a continuous ink jet printer that includes: a nozzle (21) for discharging ink in a particulate form; a charging electrode (22) for charging the discharged particulate ink (25); and an deflection electrode (23) for deflecting the charged particulate ink (25), the printing unit (2) performing printing on a printing object (7) with the particulate ink (25) discharged from the nozzle (21). The printing system comprises a charging unit for charging at least one of the printing object (7) before printing by the printing unit (2) and environmental atmosphere (8) in which printing is to be performed on the printing object (7) by the printing unit (2), with a polarity opposite to the polarity of the electrical charge to charge the particulate ink (25) by the charging electrode (22).
(FR) Afin d'empêcher l'adhérence d'éclaboussures d'encre sur une électrode et d'empêcher les taches d'encre sur un environnement ambiant, la présente invention concerne un système d'impression comprenant une unité d'impression (2) pourvue d'une imprimante à jet d'encre continu qui comprend: une buse (21) pour décharger de l'encre sous forme particulaire; une électrode de charge (22) pour charger l'encre particulaire déchargée (25); et une électrode de déviation (23) pour dévier l'encre particulaire chargée (25); l'unité d'impression (2) réalisant une impression sur un objet d'impression (7) avec l'encre particulaire (25) déchargée depuis la buse (21). Le système d'impression comprend une unité de charge pour charger au moins l'un de l'objet d'impression (7) avant l'impression par l'unité d'impression (2) et l'atmosphère ambiante (8) dans laquelle l'impression doit être effectuée sur l'objet d'impression (7) par l'unité d'impression (2), avec une polarité opposée à celle de la charge électrique pour charger l'encre particulaire (25) par l'électrode de charge (22).
