Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method for easily and accurately measuring cholesterol (LDL-C) in low-density lipoprotein in a specimen without using a surfactant having an alkylphenol structure out of consideration for the environment. A method for measuring LDL-C in a specimen characterized by reacting a specimen and (i) a combination of cholesterol ester hydrolase and cholesterol oxidase or (ii) a combination of cholesterol ester hydrolase, oxidized coenzyme, and cholesterol dehydrogenase in an aqueous medium free of surfactant having an alkylphenol structure containing [a] one or more surfactants selected from the group consisting of polyoxyethylene alkyl ethers and polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene alkyl ethers and [b] a polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene condensate, and measuring a substance produced or a substance consumed by the reaction.
(FR) L'invention concerne une méthode pour mesurer facilement et avec précision le cholestérol (LDL-C) dans une lipoprotéine de faible densité dans un échantillon sans utiliser de tensioactif ayant une structure d'alkylphénol par souci pour l'environnement. L'invention concerne une méthode de mesure du LDL-C dans un échantillon caractérisée par la réaction d'un échantillon et (i) d'une combinaison d'hydrolase d'ester de cholestérol et de cholestérol oxydase ou (ii) d'une combinaison d'hydrolase d'ester de cholestérol, de coenzyme oxydée, et de cholestérol déshydrogénase dans un milieu aqueux exempt de tensioactif ayant une structure d'alkylphénol contenant [a] un ou plusieurs tensioactifs choisis dans le groupe constitué par les éthers d'alkyle de polyoxyéthylène et les éthers d'alkyle de polyoxyéthylène polyoxypropylène et [b] un condensat de polyoxyéthylène polyoxypropylène, et la mesure d'une substance produite ou d'une substance consommée par la réaction.
(JA) 環境への配慮から、アルキルフェノール構造を有する界面活性剤を用いることなく、検体中の低密度リポ蛋白中のコレステロール(LDL-C)を簡便かつ正確に測定するための方法を提供する。 検体と、(i)コレステロールエステル加水分解酵素及びコレステロール酸化酵素の組み合わせ、又は、(ii)コレステロールエステル加水分解酵素、酸化型補酵素及びコレステロール脱水素酵素の組み合わせとを、 [a]ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル及びポリオキシエチレンポリオキシプロピレンアルキルエーテルからなる群より選ばれる1つ以上の界面活性剤;並びに、 [b]ポリオキシエチレンポリオキシプロピレン縮合物 を含有し、アルキルフェノール構造を有する界面活性剤を含有しない水性媒体中で反応させ、該反応で生成する物質又は消費される物質を測定することを特徴とする、検体中のLDL-Cの測定方法とする。
